Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • This giveaway is open to all current, active, and paying members of The Courts.

   • Members must be in good standing with no outstanding balances or suspended accounts.

   • Employees of The Courts and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

   • Each eligible member will receive one (1) entry ticket upon registering/checking in for the giveaway.

   • Members must register online page to receive their ticket.

   • No purchase beyond an active paying  membership is necessary.

   • Limit: One (1) entry per member.

3. Prizes

   • Prizes will vary and are subject to availability.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

   • The Courts reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

   • Drawing will take place at The Courts on the date of the giveaway event.

   • Winners must be present at the time of drawing to claim their prize, unless otherwise stated.

   • If a winner is not present or declines the prize, another winner will be drawn.

5. General Conditions

   • By participating, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   • The Courts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.

   • The Courts’ decision in all matters related to this giveaway is final.

   • Participation constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Liability Release

   • The Courts is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation or winner selection.

   • By accepting a prize, winners agree to release The Courts from any liability related to the prize or participation in the giveaway.
