Regional Business Development Director – SWFL

Jeff Walters serves as the Regional Business Development Director for The Courts in Southwest Florida, where he focuses on building strong community relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving growth across the region. With a passion for connecting people through sports and recreation, Jeff plays a key role in bringing new programs, events, and opportunities to players of all levels.

Drawing on his experience in business development and community engagement, Jeff works closely with local organizations, sponsors, and members to ensure The Courts remains a hub for pickleball, tennis, and recreational activities in SWFL. His leadership helps foster both growth and long-term sustainability, making The Courts a destination where competition, wellness, and community come together.

When he’s not working on new initiatives, Jeff enjoys being active on the courts himself and supporting the vibrant Southwest Florida sports community.
