Jayme Dougherty is a retired nurse of 33 years with a lifelong commitment to service and care. Now serving as the Food & Beverage Manager at The Courts, she brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep passion for creating welcoming, high-quality experiences for staff, members, and guests. Her background in nursing instilled in her a calm under pressure, a love for people, and a drive to make every day run better than the last. As a mother of five, Jayme has mastered the art of organization, multitasking, and finding practical solutions in even the busiest environments.

In her spare time, she loves playing Pickleball and going on adventures with her husband.
