Tom Funk
Tom has been a dedicated Racquet Sports Director since 1985, bringing his expertise to private clubs, corporate clubs, and municipalities. With over 40 years as a USPTA Elite Pro1 certified tennis professional, he has helped countless players develop their skills and passion for the game. In 2020, he expanded his credentials by earning his IPTPA certification in pickleball.
Tom currently serves as a league coordinator for both the Lee County Mixed Leagues and the Ladies Sunshine Leagues. His leadership experience also includes roles as a USTA verifier, National Tournament Director, and former CTA President for Lee County.
Driven by a deep commitment to player development, Tom takes pride in helping athletes elevate their gameplay and reach their personal goals, whether on the tennis court or the pickleball court.
