General Manager

Lisa was born in London, England and came to the United States to attend Western Carolina University, where she competed at the NCAA Division I level No 1 position in tennis. She graduated with a B.S in Sport Management and a minor in Journalism. After college, she made her home in Cape Coral, Florida, where she began her career in club leadership.

She started as the Women’s and Junior Tennis Director at Cape Coral Golf and Tennis Resort. Her passion for the sport and for working with players of all ages led her to serve as Director of Tennis at The Estero Country Club at the Vines and later at the Cape Coral Yacht Club.

In January, she stepped into a new role as General Manager at The Courts, Cape Coral bringing her years of experience in club operations, program development, and community engagement to a broader leadership position.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, watching TV, and spending quality time with her husband and their three boys, as well as with family and friends.
