Director of Pickleball
Keith Dougherty serves as the Director of Pickleball at The Courts Cape Coral, where he helps create a welcoming and organized environment for players of all skill levels. He oversees daily programming including clinics, leagues, and special events, ensuring members and guests have opportunities to learn, compete, and enjoy the game.
With a background in both business and community leadership, Keith brings experience in building programs that foster growth and connection. His focus is on making pickleball accessible, fun, and rewarding—whether someone is picking up a paddle for the first time or looking to sharpen their competitive edge.
Keith and his family are proud to call Cape Coral home, where pickleball has become both a passion and a way to bring people together.
